Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 1pm - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. Dr. Chapman is also available outside those hours, depending on patient need.

At this time we do not accept insurance but can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
