About Dr. Chapman


Dr. Corry Chapman brings over two decades of experience to the field of medicine. He earned his medical degree with honors from Georgetown University School of Medicine, where he also completed his Family Medicine residency. During medical school, he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), an honor society that recognizes outstanding future physicians.

As a National Health Service Corps Scholar, Dr. Chapman has devoted much of his career to serving underserved communities, both in the United States and internationally. His commitment to patient care over profit has led him to serve patients in a variety of locations, including the DC Jail, Haiti, Ecuador, and the Nuba Mountains in central Sudan. These experiences inspired the name of his practice, Nuba Health.

Dr. Chapman has extensive expertise in chronic care, urgent care, and wound care. His areas of interest also include men's health, menopause treatment, sports medicine, minor procedures, weight loss therapies, and aesthetics. He is committed to offering a wide range of treatment options at Nuba Health.

Currently residing in Alexandria, VA, Dr. Chapman has treated patients of all ages and backgrounds across Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, holding medical licenses in all three areas. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Outside of his practice, Dr. Chapman enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
